Are donations to AMWS tax exempt?
Yes –Donations to Amina Minority Welfare Society qualify for tax exemption u/s 80G(5)(iv) of Income Tax Act, 1961 vide Unique Registration No. AACAA9124AF20216 w.e.f. 24th September 2021. Tax exemption is valid only in India.
